Caller's advising of a 40-year-old Black female wearing a purple bonnet and pajamas, blocking traffic, sitting in front of vehicles with her arms out. Just occurred, no weapons, unknown intox. We did just get an open line of a female crying from this area. Disconnected, was no answer on callback. 3 Adam 17, I'll take half of that. Okay, 18, you can disregard. Dispatch, anyone? Go ahead.
