All city cars for a welfare, 22 Valley, 22 Valley Drive. Caller's with a live recording app. There was a 27 to 34-year-old female actively cutting herself with a razor blade. They had to shut down the live. She'll be wearing a black hoodie with red strings, dark brown hair with green highlights. They shut down the live, but she did hop on a bicycle, unknown direction. Engine 5 and Rescue 1, just be advised, we do have a caller on the line with the man in the gray...
