3014 Scott Avenue. 3014 Scott Avenue for a theft in progress. Caller says this is a vacant home here, and there's a black male dressed in all black and a white female with red hair, also dressed in all black, loading up a white Silverado. They said that they've been in the house. Their license plate on that Silverado is Paul Sam Mary 544.
