Respond in the area of Perfect 10 male salon, 160 West South Street. Owners of the male salon are reporting the woman came in, said her boyfriend and her were arguing. The male punched his head completely through the windshield of a car up front. They then left the scene. Male's wearing a red shirt, buzz cut. It's a white male. His face is all bloody. The female was a white female.
