Mill Creek 42, copy on a traffic hazard. 42. 3900 South, 900 East. There's a semi parked diagonally across the southbound lanes and nobody's in the truck. Complainant advised southbound traffic has to go the wrong way to get around the truck. No further at 736. I copy.
