Caller states a white female in her mid-20s, early 30s, black shirt, is in the street yelling at people in the parking lot near Thrift World. No weapons, drugs for drinking seen, no injuries seen. Caller states they were in the traffic lanes on Blondo Street. 1 Adam 29.
