Trolkey and Fire, Medic 4. Medic 4 responding to Milk and Honey, 3400 Cleveland Avenue Northwest. Medic 4 responding to Milk and Honey, 3400 Cleveland Avenue Northwest. It's out front of the building. It's the subject possibly sleeping in the lot. The complainant was concerned they may be having a medical issue. It's possibly a male with an orange trash bag over his head and top part of his body. Has a bike next to him as well. We'll be sending PD as well. Medic 4 responding, M18C1.
