10-4, SHP is requesting assistance at 29 and East Kivitt, our 10-100. We want to know if anybody's available to respond to a traffic hazard. It's a truck in the middle of the left lane heading southbound. Thus, the truck appears to be a van. Unknown if this is a pickup truck, tractor-trailer, or anything further. SHP is giving this information from Hoppoint B.
