All parties were on foot. 1935, roger. It's going to be code 4, no evidence of kidnap. Made contact with citizens at location. They've been standing over 30 minutes. I didn't even observe any crime. Code 4. All units, code 4, 6th and Spring, no evidence of kidnap.
