units, hypercoast driving, information from 850 and Bakerton, 13300 block of Dessau Road. It's an unknown color Hyundai speeding with two subjects on top of the roof. It's going southbound on Dessau and approaching Parmer. The complainant lost visual and was unable to see the 28. Both subjects were actually on the roof of the vehicle.
