at the Zurich House townhome, 7444 South Bell Street, unit 15. The caller is a resident there, saying he saw somebody through his camera who was hiding at the back door, and they heard through the camera that the subject had said that they had just heard someone and the cops were called. He appeared to be hiding. He left 10 minutes ago, heading southbound on South Bell Street in an unknown, in a dark, unknown SUV. Unknown if it's related to the bio nearby.
