Disturbance in progress outside Fat Toad, 1409 O Street. Security's calling in on a 24-year-old white male wearing a Bills jersey, white pants and white shoes, trying to rush the door to get in. He's been asked to leave three times and is refusing. He is Code 19, possibly 74, no weapons seen, outside of Fat Toad.
