Westside, standby for Cabolo from State. They had a black motorcycle at Main and Piedmont take off northbound. Failure to stop. Black male, dreadlocks with a black t-shirt. Reason for the stop was no helmet, no plate. They are not pursuing. Again, it's a black motorcycle, northbound Main and Piedmont. Black male operator, dreadlocks, black t-shirt.
