We've got a report of a disturbance, possible 10-36 individual at the Shell Dixie Mart, 433 East 70 East. The caller is advising there's a couple at the pump, appear to be impaired, black Impala, black male, early 30s, white shirt, blue shorts, skinny-build, and a Hispanic female, about 30, black hair.
