All units be advised of a wrong-way driver, West 21st Street North in the North Amidon area. Calling party is driving on Amidon and 21st where the construction is at. A drunk driver all over the road in the wrong lanes of travel, going southbound in the northbound lanes. Again, southbound in the northbound lanes. It's going to be a possibly a 2008 silver Dodge Charger, tag number bearing QRS713. It's the Oklahoma tag. There's no accidents or injuries, but they're stopping traffic now and can't get through the cones. Broadcast concluded, 2337.
