431 and 454, copy a fight with a weapon, 163 Fayge Ave. 163 Fayge Ave will be the upstairs apartment off of Cannon Street and Midland Ave. Caller is downstairs with the landlord, stating that the upstairs neighbor, a 15-year-old Black male, is fighting someone and he has a hammer. The male is last seen wearing an all gray sweatsuit, possibly intoxicated. Currently walking through the hall, hitting doors with a hammer at 025.
