4, 10-65, 56. It's going to be for Flanagan, 2500 East Atlantic Boulevard. Caller 10 to the manager advising, timing is time delay. Four subjects, one Black male subject, two Black females and a white female, took their alcoholic beverages from their tables. Assuming you can start DOA, last seen headed eastbound on Atlantic in a black SUV. They did pay for their tab, but they just took the alcoholic beverages with them. Case number 5790.
