41, sent down the serious traffic complaint that was holding for Wise Avenue and Church Road. Complaintant advised there was a black Ford Fusion driving recklessly. It said it may have swiped the vehicle. They didn't give the description of the vehicle, that it may have swiped. It was last seen at the Wise Liquors, 307 Wise Avenue. The driver was a Hispanic male, white shirt, had a female passenger, and said that the vehicle left. It may have left on Wise. For more information, visit www.fema.gov
