96 to 121 Cooper Lane, 121 Cooper Lane, for a verbal dissonance. Caller states that her son's girlfriend is bipolar and off her meds. She's arguing with everyone and screaming at them. Is not physical. He cut off the first part of that. All I got was Cooper Lane.
