I have a BOLO incoming from Norwood Mass Police, specifically for Bedford. It's pinging in Bedford. It's going to be a BOLO, stop and check the welfare, suicidal subject. I'm going to throw the plate and the OLN in there. It's going to be a Caleb Ferreira, 2014 Prius, color silver. He stated to his girlfriend he was going to crash his car. The ping was received a couple minutes ago. 4000 radius in the area of 55 Constitution. Copy.
