10-4, it's going to be a 10-17 disturbance at the Shell gas station, 1701 Union Boulevard, off of 4th Avenue. Three black male subjects keep coming back to the IL. One's wearing a red t-shirt and black pants. The second's wearing a gray t-shirt and black pants, and the third's wearing a white t-shirt and white shorts. Subject's possibly using drugs.
