At the intersection of Mesa Ridge Parkway and Fountain Mesa, RP is stating that people were bearing a metal canister at the intersection. Approximately a two by four foot area was being dug up in the southwest corner. No vehicles seen nearby. There's one suspect that they saw, 40-year-old, older, white male that was heavy-built in a black shirt.
