34, that is a code 2 trouble unknown at East 185th and Neff. That's East 185th and Neff. Looking for a Black male about 5'10", heavy set, wearing a white t-shirt. They said he's blind. He's been outside panhandling all afternoon. Says that he's now laying down on the side, on the sidewalk against the building. Caller's concerned for him. You do got EMS, was advised. Medic 40 is responding. CAD is 5950, 59.
