Star alarm to Engine 201, Engine 202, I-22 eastbound, mile marker 89, Adamsville, Graysville, on ramp on unknown medical, crossroads will be Hillcrest Road. Adamville PD is being notified, will be a white vehicle on overpass between 89 and 90 mile marker. Male laying on top of vehicle, unknown if male is injured.
