11-12, any units to back, be in dispatch to a disturbance. 1701 Mystic Circle, 1701 Mystic, off of Hopkins Landing. Caller advised he's a tow truck driver who repossessed the vehicle. However, subject now has him blocked in and are attempting to take the vehicle back. Going to be a number 2 female, 35-years-old, red shirt and pants. It's going to be also a 40-year-old number 2 male wearing a black shirt.
