Information for 6900 units, 861st and Victor broadcast, 2501 West Marshall Avenue. About four Hispanic males with pocket knives. We're being verbal, no physical, but we're getting really close. The subjects have a white Chevy pickup, gray Chevy truck, and a white Corolla. They all left on Black Canyon, going southbound one ago. Nobody for contact. Information 1709.
