27, can you start for an animal cruelty call? It's at 7004 Upper Mills, off Helmsbeck and Johnny Cake. The complainant said the neighbor's cat had kittens and they just threw the kittens outside. They've been out there for a week. There's four of them. They're in the complainant's car now.
