It's Code 2, incident 3398, RD 964. Any Hollenbeck unit with SMART, female with mental illness, 2844 East 2nd Street. Subject is a female, Hispanic, 23 years, long, reddish-brown hair, wearing a dark blue or black shirt, gray leggings with a clear cross-body bag. It's Code 2, incident 3397, RD 467. Code 2, incident 3403, RD 566.
