1228 North Eddy at the parking garage for a caller in a black Tesla advising they're unable to exit. It's stating that their ticket is invalid. We attempted to make contact to verify that they had tried emergency call button. No answer, times two. 1228 North Eddy and any other unit making 203's location South Michigan can disregard.
