Caller, Ruby, is the manager, is stating that there's a male in the store that needs to be banned and barred. He's a known shoplifter, not concealing currently. It's a black male, approximately 30 to 40 years old, last seen wearing all black clothing, unknown weapons, drinking or drugs. 3 Baker 56. 1801.
