Standby, 653, going to be an abduction in progress, 161 Hope Ave, West Colvin Street. Advise of Courtney Robinson, saying a Tyler Billings, don't have a age or gender, took a chainsaw out of a friend's truck and is trying to get his other friend into a U-Haul truck to abduct him. Unknown if he has other weapons. Looking for that, it's 8204.
