This complainant's saying it's prioritizing northbound and southbound traffic and staying green for 10 minutes. You cleared that traffic signal as running, correct? Affirm. I was up there for two minutes and watched it cycle through two times. Alright, copy. Are you okay if I close that out? Affirm.
