Alright, SimonCast is busy. We're getting another ticket of an assault in progress at 1013 West Belmont. Caller states a homeless male is in the alley threatening pedestrians. Supposed to be a male, White, hearing a ponytail, wearing blue clothing, swinging a metal object on a string, trying to hit people. Also has an American flag in one hand. The weapon is in another. Last seen in the alley between Sheffield and Kenmore. Unknown if he's intoxicated, has mental issues. 2.
