801 North, the message, you want the check off at 651 West Indian School Road, unit 1118. Two toddlers, Black males, maybe one and three-years-old, found running around by the dumpsters. No one's around. One of them's nude with no shoe. Caller was waiting with them by building 8. There's a Savannah and a blue Hawaiian shirt and black pants. Then called back with a duplicate advising Black male, 20-30, medium-high, average-build, black shirt, black and gray sweats and orphans. Said he was there to pick up their kids. The complainant is not sure if he's a parent.
