I can assist. Alright, we'll try to find you a backup. Southwest 3rd and Porter. Southwest 3rd and Porter on a welfare check. Taking a couple calls here. Black male, no shirt, pants are falling down, he has no underwear on, no shoes, walking southbound on Southwest 3rd. South of Porter now. Apparently he's walking into traffic. Another caller said that he was a black male, no shirt, no shoes, wearing brown shorts, and was also walking in people's yards.
