Truck 54, 231, Medical Delta, 5725 Avenida de León at the Marriott Grand Vista, building 96 at the pool, cross street of Avenida Vista. Unknown age male, unknown unconsciousness, unknown abrading status. OCS was also responding. Caller advised that lightning struck a tree and it caught on fire and also thinks that a male patient was struck by lightning.
