Central 9, Engine 16, 1, B2, you're responding to gateway pediatric, 1415 Wesley Drive. A RP advised there is a 19-month-old who has been locked inside the behemoth. A black Nissan Sentra located on the side of the building. The child does not appear to be in distress at this time.
