There's a suspicious character coming in, 2300 East Douglas. Calling party's not wanting contact. He was saying that there was kids collecting at the back of this building, not doing nothing criminal, just waiting for more kids. It's going to be 14 to 18-year-old Hispanic male, 5'8", 6 foot. He's just worried because last time there was a fight back there. 3331 stated that lunch just left, so it must be kids, or it could be kids from lunch. 31's wanting you to advise.
