This is possibly due to an incident where a truck hit a train bridge. Fire crews are operating under the bridge and are using it as an anchor point. Police and EMS units are also on scene. All occupants of the truck refused medical attention and command requested for train traffic to be shut down so the bridge could be inspected and because crews were working directly beneath the tracks.
