164. 164. See Aaron Walters at the UDF at 1043 West Broad Street. He's a customer that claims he was 41, strong-armed, just punched. He was punched in the face, and they stole his cell phone. And they said A33 was implied, but there was no 33 seen. The suspect ran in toward the alley behind the UDF. Male, Black, was wearing a blue shirt and blue pants.
