Head to a glow spot, 3023 Milton Avenue. In the parking lot, there's a child here that appears to be unattended. The caller believed him to be about 5 years old. He's in the shade. The windows are down. It's a blue Buick Envision. I'll try to get the plate back. Similar to 4872 7 New Union.
