10-17 disturbance, New Jersey Ave off of Ohio Ave and North Bayshore. Group of males and females on lawn chairs, drinking, doing drugs, ongoing issue with multiple people gathering in the area. Unable to walk in area. Pickles, pit bull dog with group barking. They're close to 7-Eleven.
