For some broadcasting info, motorist being advised of a hit-and-run that occurred on Blackstone. Victim followed suspect vehicle to the Veterans Medical Center, 2615 East Clinton, and contacted a VAPD. Suspect vehicle on that, just for info, was a red Dodge Ram pickup, 58232 David Victor, with the caller in a green Toyota Camry. It's all clear.
