442. Able to break for a disturbance in progress? 11979 West Main Street. It's going to be the pit stop. I have a woman that left a child in the vehicle with the windows up. Child was screaming and crying. The caller went in to tell the woman that the kid was screaming and crying, and then the subject then flipped out on the caller.
