Yeah, the collision is captured on camera with the kid on the scooter. And it's going to be the second picture I posted. Doesn't appear that he was armed to me, but he did flip over the car, pick up the scooter right after and leave.

The complainant advised around the time she called, it happened on Pennsylvania Avenue. She's in a blue Nissan Kicks. She was making a left-hand turn into the Avenue Market parking lot by the T-Mobile store. She said the individual was going northbound, I guess going the wrong way, in the opposite lane, in the southbound lane on the scooter. And I guess when she made the turn, they would have had some type of collision. So.

I'm going to put up another picture. At 939, there's another kid on a stand-up scooter, black jacket, gray sweats looks like, and he's coming from the rear of the Avenue Market, but he's going northbound on Argyle, probably coming on to, uh, going on to Lawrence Westbound. I'm going to post it now.
