Respond, 2939 South Main at Circle K for a homeless Black male, light-skinned, black shirt, gray jeans, outside, disturbing customers, asking them for money and walking up to their cars with his pants partially falling down. They're advising no known weapons, drugs, or alcohol, but he does have some unknown object in his hand. They've now pressured him to leave as they feel uncomfortable. They believe he may be 1096. 23, that's clear.
