It's a 647, 13837 28th Street. 38th Street. It's a Black male in a series with a black shirt, black pants, black hat, no known offense, walking northbound on 38th Street towards Hearn. He's acting erratic and yelling, and they advised that it's an ongoing issue. The caller said that he was walking into areas in the area. They got this information per Winged Camera. We do have one other resident's desire to make contact. It's 535, and I copy. 33 Lincoln, I'm drawing in.
