The dog is here, it's still female, I gave her food and water, I'm trying to communicate with a rescuer
Is he still there
I called 311 have to call at 10:00 am for rescue but can call 911 also please someone do something stop just recording feed her
Call aspca they will pick him up or the cops I’ve seen them respond to that please somebody feed him he’s probably hungry
