10-4, it's going to be a prowler, 2815 Kingston. Complainant advised there's people roaming around his house, pointing flashlights inside the home. Advised four males are now outside, pointing flashlights into the complainant's home. No suspect description. They were flashing their lights into the complainant's room, towards the back of the house, no weapons. They're not trying to force their way into the home, just advised they're flashing flashlights.
