Any Southwest unit, kidnap just occurred, Grand and 91st, Grand and 91st at the Corner Tent. Suspect, male unknown, wearing a ski mask, black shirt, picked up a female, white, 21 years, bald, wearing a gray shirt and gray small shorts and put it on her shoulders. Victim is currently screaming at the tent. Code 3, incident 101, RD 802. Southwest unit for a Code 3 for identify.
